As part of our Father’s Day promotion, eligible purchases may include access to an extended product protection program. This program offers long-term support for your Fascean TV, helping cover functional repairs or replacements in case of product issues over time.
Participation in this program is tied to a small biweekly support plan, which ensures continued coverage and priority service. As long as the plan remains active, customers will receive comprehensive protection beyond standard warranties, giving you peace of mind for years to come.
Please note: Discontinuing this support plan may affect coverage eligibility. Physical damage, misuse, or unauthorized repairs are not covered under this program.
5. Returns & Exchanges
Fascean offers a [30]-day return policy on unopened or unused products. For defective or damaged items, please contact our support team within 7 days of delivery. Products enrolled in the subscription-based warranty may qualify for free replacements as outlined in section 4.
6. Limitation of Liability
Fascean is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to the use or inability to use our products. Our total liability will not exceed the purchase price of the product in question. By placing a VIP order on Fascean, you are automatically enrolled in a 7-day free trial of our VIP Catalog Membership, if you place a Guest order, there is no VIP membership charges/access. This exclusive membership gives you access to discounted prices on select Fascean products, early access to promotions, and limited-edition releases. After the 7-day trial period, a one-time initiation fee will be charged to your payment method, followed by a recurring monthly charge of $29.99 to maintain access to the VIP catalog and its benefits. You may cancel at any time during the free trial to avoid charges by contacting our support team at support@fascean.com or through your account dashboard. By completing your order, you agree to these terms and authorize Fascean to charge your payment method accordingly.
7. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of our website or products after changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
